Diamond Certification

Where applicable, diamonds supplied by us may include certification from recognised independent gemological laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or HRD.

Certification details are provided for informational purposes only. We are not liable for grading variations or opinions issued by third-party laboratories.

Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on the Website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges, insurance fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges (where applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is discovered after your order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders and Contract Formation

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A legally binding contract between you and Decoris Diamonds Ltd is formed only when:

payment has been successfully authorised; and
we issue a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Payments

Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided in your order.

Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment has been received in cleared funds.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

For high-value items, deliveries may require:

proof of identity;
signature on delivery; or
insured courier services.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery

All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged.

If you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If your parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, you should notify the courier and contact us immediately.

Any delivery discrepancies, damage claims, or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate claims with couriers or insurers.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, eligible consumers may have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.

Returned items must:

be unworn and unused;
be in original condition;
include original packaging and certificates; and
be returned securely.

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of returned items.

Bespoke and Custom Orders

Custom-made, engraved, resized, altered, or bespoke jewellery items are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless faulty.

Production timelines for bespoke items are estimates only and may vary.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Goods are considered faulty only where a manufacturing defect exists.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by third parties shall not constitute faults.

If you believe an item is faulty, you must notify us promptly and provide supporting photographs where requested.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before determining an appropriate remedy.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we may at our discretion:

repair the item;
replace the item; or
issue a refund.
