Shipping & Returns
At Decoris Diamonds, we prioritise the safe, secure, and timely delivery of every piece of fine jewellery you order. Whether you are purchasing an engagement ring, wedding band, or a bespoke diamond creation, our shipping policy ensures your jewellery arrives in perfect condition and with complete peace of mind. All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch, and jewellery is shipped using fully insured courier services requiring a signature upon delivery. We provide free delivery on all orders unless express shipping options are selected. Tracking details and courier information are emailed once your order has shipped.
For customers in the United Kingdom, we use trusted couriers to ensure safe and prompt delivery to your door. All deliveries are fully insured and require an adult’s signature on receipt. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
We are also happy to ship internationally. International deliveries are available to most countries; however, taxes, duties, customs charges, and import fees that may be applied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can vary by country and may affect delivery times.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–6 working days. Bespoke or personalised items may take longer to prepare, and you will be notified if this is the case. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the courier’s name and tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Every parcel is fully insured for its full retail value in transit and delivered with a required signature on receipt to protect against loss or theft.

We offer exchanges only, as each of our products is carefully inspected and quality assured by our diamond specialists. Bespoke or personalised items cannot be exchanged, and a refund will only be offered if the product is found to be faulty following cross-examination by one of our diamond specialists. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges or refunds, and refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. Please note that personalised or bespoke products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
