Returns

• Initiate returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
• Eligibility for return requires the following:
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • Return the item in its original packaging.
  • Include the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Return certificates, if provided with the original purchase.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returned items.

Please note: Due to the personalised and custom nature of our Bespoke service, we are unable to accept returns on Bespoke items.

Repairs and Replacements

If your item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, we offer repair or replacement services. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate this process.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The request for an exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
• Return the item in its original packaging.
• Include the invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
• Return certificates, if provided with the original purchase.

Please note: Exchanges are not available for bespoke items, as they are created uniquely to your specifications.

How to Request an Exchange or Repair
