Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
Items must be in their original state and condition and in the original packaging.
Include any invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
Certificates must also be returned
Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of returned items.
No returns on bespoke items.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty Item, Decoris Diamonds will offer to replace or repair the goods, or if you like, refund the purchase price for the return of the faulty item, when returning the faulty items, all respective goods must be returned along with it. This includes any additional packaging or jewellery boxes. These are part of the delivered goods and must be returned to us along with the faulty item.
Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned item.
The jewellery will go through quality control checks before processing with the exchange. Please note, items that show signs of being customised, worn, altered or damaged, are unable to be exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse exchanging any item that does not meet our requirements
When receiving your returned item in its original condition, the jewellery will be weighed and inspected against the grading certificate and one of our experts will evaluate the jewellery piece.
An additional email will be sent within 3 business days of receipt regarding the status of the return.
It may take up to 28 days for a refund to post to the bank account used for purchase.
A restocking fee of 30% may be deducted from your total refunded amount.

Delivery charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
Delivery costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
